Return Policy

If you wish to return your order, we are happy to help you. At WallArtistic, we have a return period of 30 days after receiving your order.

Additionally, customers within the European Union have the legal right to revoke their order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, unless there is an exception such as custom-made or personalized products.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and undamaged.

  • Be returned in its original packaging if possible.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Packaging

  • Carefully pack the products in a sturdy box.

  • Use the original packaging if possible.

  • Include any necessary documents with the shipment.

Shipping

  • Hand over the package to a carrier of your choice.

  • Keep the shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed.

Refund

When do we refund?

After receiving and inspecting the return shipment, we will process the refund as quickly as possible. The amount will be refunded no later than 14 days after approval of the return.

What do you get back?

Upon approval of the return, you will receive the purchase price of the returned products.

If there is a valid withdrawal within the legal cooling-off period, the standard shipping costs for the outward shipment will also be refunded. The costs for returning the order are at the customer's expense.

Where do I receive the refunded amount?

We will refund the amount using the same payment method used to place the order. If this is not possible, we will contact you.

Costs for returning

The costs for returning an order are at the customer's expense.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Products that have been specially produced or modified for the customer.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer after receipt.
